The terms and conditions below apply to all transactions with The Little Dearies. By placing an order you are accepting these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. I will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
A contract between The Little Dearies and the customer comes into existence upon The Little Dearies acceptance of the customers order i.e. when payment has been received.
Making A Purchase
Payments
The Little Dearies accept two payment methods:
- PayPal payment (it is the safest, fastest and securest way to send and receive payments online.)
If you don’t have a PayPal account you can easily set up your PayPal account. Go to www.paypal.com to see all the details.
Otherwise you can choose:
- Credit Card / Debit Card payment
If payment is not received within 3 days and if you have not contacted me to extend the payment time, the order will be cancelled and the article will be placed back up for sale.
Availability of Goods
All products are made to order. They are not pre-made and so when you order it is especially made for you.
Projects on request
I am happy to create projects ased on your suggestions and ideas. All the terms and conditions for this type of orders will be determined individually by e-mail.
Despatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched in 3-5 working days (except custom designs).
Orders are sent out once the payment is cleared.
Price of Products
The prices displayed on The Little Dearies website are in Euro.
I reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
I am not responsible for damage, customs delays and/or extra fees. Customs duties, fares and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item value. Therefore, overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and I am not responsible for these additional charges. Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery Charges
The checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs for delivery.
Parcels will be sent by standard Irish AnPost Service.
Please contact me right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and I will investigate.
Returns Policy
I am sure you will be very happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.
Any refunds will be processed when I receive the returned item.
All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then I cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by using these sites, which extends to the information, products or services displayed on those sites.

It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the Site.

The Little Dearies has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
